Oswego Harbor Power is an oil-fired plant in Oswego County, New York, operated by Oswego Harbor Power. Among the 857 oil-fired plants in the country it is the largest. It ranks fourth by nameplate capacity among New York’s 1,145 power plants. It is the biggest of New York’s 70 oil-fired plants. Its biggest unit, rated at 902 MW, is the third-largest single generator in New York.
